PDA Event: Implementing Community Driven Archives: An Exploration of UNC-Chapel Hill's 'Archivist In A Backpack' Initiative

Chaitra Powell, project director for UNC-Chapel Hill's Community-Driven Archive, will guide the audience through the recently debuted web-based toolkit to discuss the collaborators, resources, and approaches explored during their recent grant project. Highlights will include a discussion of the "archivist in a backpack" initiative, post-custodial approaches, and sustainability efforts for this work. There will also be time for attendees to talk in breakout rooms following the webinar.
