  • Decisions:
    • Teleconference for the format for the meeting
      • CARLI has capability for screen sharing while still using the teleconference as the meeting format

  • Announcements:
    • Overview of the Resource Sharing Committee charges and guidelines as outlined on the CARLI website.
    • CARLI Budget - we still don’t know because of the state budget issue, and CARLI gets funding through the University of Illinois which only received 30% of their funding for the last fiscal year. We still don’t know anything for this fiscal year.
    • In-person annual board meeting for CARLI will be held - plan to have presentations on the annual projects that were done by the CARLI Committees the last fiscal year.
  • Tasks assigned:
    • Debbie will send out a Doodle poll to determine the regular meeting day and time (example the 4th Tuesday of the month from 1:00-2:30)
    • Amy write up a paragraph description of the ILL Statistics Webinar and send it to Marcella, Sandra, and Eric for feedback and then the revised description will be sent to the committee for review for discussion at the August meeting.
    • Amy will create a Google Doc as to brainstorm Annual Project ideas and listserv topics
    • Debbie will add the listerv topics the committee has generated in the past to the Brainstorming Google Doc
    • All committee members review the information on the Google Doc once it is shared and contribute ideas before our August meeting to help inform the discussion
  • Meeting Dates and Deadlines:
    • Meeting length is 1.5 hours
    • Meeting Dates to be determined based on the response to the Doodle poll
