Decisions

• Approved minutes of the April 2012 meeting.
• Adjourned at 1:41 PM.

Announcements

• Elizabeth shared a link to the results of the evaluation survey for the open house at Chicago State University (CSU).
• The Chicago State University Open House had 100 registrants from 42 institutions. 15 CSU staff members are included in that figure. There were three registrants who did not attend the Open House.
• Jane thanked Marianne, Bruce, and Sue for their persistence in planning the Open House, including their meeting with CSU staff members in advance of the event.
• Andrew outlined the agenda and plans for the Collections Working Group / PSWG joint program at Joliet Junior College on July 12.
• Marianne suggested that the role of the PSWG wiki in planning the Open House be included in the Annual Report.
• A chair of the PSWG for 2012-13 is needed. Members going into their second or third years on the committee are eligible. Those considering volunteering as chair may contact Jane or Elizabeth for further information about the chair's duties.

Tasks assigned

• Jane will add the attendance numbers for the CSU Open House to the wiki and the draft Annual Report.
• Andrew will distribute the joint CWG/PSWG program agenda via e-mail to the group.
• Elizabeth will create an easy-to-read spreadsheet of the evaluation survey results and share it with the group.
• Group members will work together to create a summary of the Open House survey comments to share with CSU.

Meeting dates

The next PSWG meeting will be held via conference call between 1:00 and 2:00 on Thursday, 6/21/12.
