CARLI proposed receiving up to $300,000 for the programmatic administration of the project. ISLAC endorsed the recommendation unanimously, and Greg McCormick has taken the recommendation to the Secretary’s staff. Not confirmed, but CARLI is moving forward with planning. Secretary is still considering awards in the $150,000 range, with distribution in fiscal year 2024 and projects wrapping up at the end of fiscal year 2026. Anne will share the PowerPoint to the committee’s Box folder. No official decisions on the program has been announced by the Illinois State Library.
