Announcements

• A number of upcoming PDA opportunities, inclusing Denise on researching e-link issues
• Friday 11/4: CARLI annual meeting. First in person event since 2020! Hopefully keynote will be recorded.

Decisions

• The Instruction Committee approved the questions and order of the questions for the October event, as well as finalizing the format of the google doc that will allow an ongoing discussion amongst all participants.
• The Instruction Committee accepted the plan to do a journal discussion on December 9th at 1:30 pm and move the planned “December decompress” to a January event. Abby and Heather will be co-moderators.
• The Instruction Committee accepted the plan to have speaker/panel from IACRL DEI committee in 2023
• The meeting was adjourned at 3:47 pm.

Tasks Assigned

• EVERYONE: Skim articles in the CRL issue
• Alex D. + Claire: Announce save the date at the October event
• Heather + Abby: Prep Poll Link (Google Forms) by Friday, 10/21
• Alex O.: Prep Save the Date email (send to group for feedback by 10/25 to go out 10/31)
• November 15th meeting: create final event description (to go out 11/28)
