No decisions – lack of quorum

Announcements:

• CARLI offices closed 12/24 through 1/5
• E-Book PDA pilot project is ending – budget expended quickly. Revisit in spring as a subsidized program moving forward. Purchased e-books will continue to display in catalog and are available to all CARLI libraries.
• CARLI website has a section called Groups – inability to allow public comments – but could be used for the Toolkit.

• Instruction Showcase
  • North Central College, likely date Thursday, June 18
  • Theme: Partnerships and Transitions
  • Format: Lorna is going to approach Merinda Hensley as a possible keynote or lunch-time speaker based on her forthcoming book chapter on Academic Library partnerships
  • Timeline: call for proposals to be drafted in January, sent out in February, responses in March.  Lorna and Aimee will finalize date and details for forum, draft and send out Save the Date at any point.
• Webinar – Debbie and Lorna will send Michelle the technical specifications for the webinar so that she can communicate with presenters. Not enough information from committee members regarding the content and participation of presenters to write description at this point.  Further discussion and decisions tabled until January.
• Webinar 2 – discussion of the possibility of second webinar has been tabled until January.
• Listserv and blog – discussion tabled until January.
