Ideas Roadshow - The group decided not to pursue a CARLI agreement for this product at this time.

New Proposals

Digitalia Film Library - The group decided there was not enough interest to pursue a CARLI agreement for this product.

fall (calendar Year) Database Selection

The selection system is open and 18 libraries have made selections to date.  Mary will monitor the system and send periodic reminders that the system will be open until November 14. 

Selection System Redesign

Pixo continues to work on the selection system redesign.

license updates

Cindy reported that agreements with AAAS, APA and Learning Express are in progress.  Susan discussed the status of the Docuseek2 agreement.

carli annual meeting

Scheduled for October 30 at the I-Hotel in Champaign. Stephen will do a 10 minute summary of last year's CPC project on streaming video.

annual project

Discussion took place regarding potential edits needed for the e-resources licensing principles and the best way to proceed.  Sections were assigned to group members and a tentative timeline for review of each section established.  Cindy will create a box account to continue discussions.  Review of current thresholds and FTE will take place at the next meeting.

continuing education

The group continued discussing a potential usage statistics forum to be held in the Spring.  Discussion questions were generated and will be posted to the e-resources list to identify areas of interest and potential speakers.  Susie will post the first question next week.  Stephen will investigate the possibility of holding the forum at UIS and check availability.
