Decisions

• Minutes of the April 21, 2016 meeting were approved.
• The annual project will include a summary of the webinars and be combined with the survey results.
• The committee will continue to promote the google groups as a forum for collection development discussions.
• The committee will create an e-mail and a news item designed to promote the collaboration space and the continuing possibilities of the groups.
• The committee began a discussion of future plans for the committee and the year.
• The committee will allow the new members to help decide how to continue with this specific project.

Announcements

• Elizabeth reminded members that the resources selection system is now open.

Tasks Assigned

• Susan Prokopeak will take the minutes for the meeting.
• Susan will send out a summary of the presentations which will be combined with the survey summary for the final project for the group.
• Deb Blecic and Chris Diaz will draft a message to promote the Google Groups and serve as an information piece for the July CARLI newsletter.
