Social Media Promotion

• Post submissions
• Analytics
• Committee members should submit 5-6 submissions by next meeting (October). Committee members can post about any collection in CARLI Digital Collections except for those on the exclusions list. If posting from outside of these collections, the materials have to be in the public domain.

Webinar Series (Winter/Early Spring)

• Hannah will do Copyright (1 hour webinar) and Tricia will also reach out to Sara for a copyright webinar (possibly 2 hour or 2 1-hour webinars: a formal presentation and a Q&A). We will try to schedule these webinars before winter break. Follow up with Amy about dates, but possibly Nov. 5, 12, 19 or Dec. 3, 10, 17.

Workshop (Late Spring)

• Tricia will do OpenRefine metadata cleanup
• Greer will do OpenRefine reconciliation
• Possibly add a section to the workshop or a webinar/documentation on import profiles and normalization rules in Alma/Primo. Will talk about after the Alma/Primo VE sandbox is made available in October or November.

Google Analytics Reporting

• Angela, Matt, Marlee, and Greer will rotate responsibility by quarter for both reports

  • Greer: FY20 Quarter 1, July - Sept. 2019. Data delivered in Oct. 2019
