Primary tabs

Thursday, August 10, 2017 - 1:00pm to 2:30pm

Location: Room 221, Donnelly and Lee Library, Lake Forest College, Lake Forest, IL
Directions

These “listening sessions” will be informal 90 minute-2 hour sessions. The sessions will offer library directors an opportunity to talk about their library’s challenges and successes. Although the gathering is intended to be very informal, here are some questions that might help frame the day:

  • Are there opportunities that you see that you can’t take advantage of that maybe CARLI could help you with or leverage for you?
  • Are there other opportunities for collaboration that CARLI should be pursuing?
  • Are there best practices in your organization that exemplify collaboration through CARLI that we could share with the rest of the consortium?
  • Is there a program/service that you are conducting that could be leveraged at scal

Sessions will also be held at the Illinois Library Association Annual Conference in Tinley Park, October 11; and the CARLI Annual Directors’ Meeting and the CARLI Annual Meeting, both scheduled for November 17 at the I Hotel in Champaign.

Registration: To register, please click on the "Register" tab above. The registration deadline is Tuesday, August 8. Please note, lunch will NOT be served at the "listening sessions".
