Meeting Overview

The Task Force focused on reviewing the latest drafts of the RFP cost sheets. Members provided feedback on statistical data that CARLI should include with the RFP, and established relationships between data migration needs and cost requests. Members discussed how and where training costs should be specified for both the vendor-hosted and CARLI-hosted cost sheets.

Additionally, the Task Force prepared a set of survey questions to identify various third party systems and software used by members in conjunction with Voyager. The survey would help identify interoperability needs on products from campus enterprise systems to self-check equipment.

Finally, the Task Force briefly discussed the demonstration script portion of the RFP. Members agreed that the script should cover processes or sets of tasks that members want to see accomplished.
