System Status

Scheduled Downtime Saturday May 21st, 4AM-Noon

All CARLI services will experience interruptions in service while the University of Illinois network staff performs significant maintenance on the network exit infrastructure.

I-Share/Voyager services affected include: VuFind local catalogs, the I-Share union catalog, WebVoyage local catalogs, Z39.50, Voyager staff clients, and Voyager MS Access Reporting.  (Voyager Offline Backup Circulation may be used during the downtime, if needed.)

All CARLI Services scheduled downtime: Friday, October 23, 2015, 3am-5am

UIUC networking staff will perform maintenance this week affecting CARLI services. Please notify your library staff working Wednesday night and Friday morning.

VuFind Outage, Saturday, Jan 31

On Saturday, January 31st, at 11:53 AM we received reports of VuFind not responding. CARLI System Services staff investigated the problem and determined that it was due to one of VuFind's services exhausting its memory resources. More memory was added and VuFind returned to normal operation by 3:30 PM.

RESOLVED: ILDS label problems when using Internet Explorer

The issue with Internet Explorer has been resolved. Users should now be able to create labels on the ILDS website when using the Internet Explorer browser.

SSL Certificate Expiration - Update

As of 10:00 pm on Tuesday, January 21, the SSL Certificate has been renewed and users should no longer see an "expired certificate" warning when accessing online catalogs.
