Public Services Supervisor - Trinity International University

The Rolfing Memorial Library at Trinity International University seeks a service-oriented,versatile, and collaborative staff member with a desire to invest in a Christian higher education environment. The Public Services Supervisor will manage the public services department, troubleshoot account issues, and coordinate outreach events.

Responsibilities:

• Enaging public services student worker staffResolving patron account issuesSupervising the circulation process
• Serving as liaison for I-Share (Illinois interlibrary loan program)
• Supporting reference and instruction services
• Planning and executing on-campus outreach events

7. Ability to learn new technology such as circulation systems and troubleshoot problems
8. with copiers.
9. MLS/MLIS degree from an ALA-accredited program or commensurate library experience
10. preferred.
11. Supervisory experience preferred.
