Operations Manager – Edwardsville Hub, Illinois Heartland Library System

Illinois Heartland Library System (IHLS) has a current opening that you may excel in by serving our operations team and our members.

We are looking for an operations manager to oversee the delivery of materials for our libraries across Southern Illinois that are served out of the Edwardsville hub location, provide leadership to the team, support and serve our member libraries. 

Here at IHLS our mission is to support member libraries of all types in providing quality library services. IHLS facilitates access to shared resources, advocates for libraries, promotes innovation, and develops community partnerships.

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience 2:1 or 8 years
  • Three (3) years supervisory experience
  • Three years delivery experience preferred
  • Experience driving a van or other large vehicle is preferred

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from $56,322-$84,483.
