Responsible for planning, supervision, and coordination of all activities having to do with circulation, collection maintenance, resource sharing, and related services.

JOB COMPONENTS//PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinates circulation, resource sharing, and collection maintenance services.
- In consultation with the Access Services Librarian, hires, schedules, trains, supervises, and evaluates library student employees and graduate reference assistants.
- Participates in the library display and programming team.
- Works together with the library staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Gathers and interprets statistics.
- Ability to communicate effectively with resource sharing partners, interpret ILL and circulation standards, policies, guidelines, and abide by the ALA core values.
- Performs other duties as requested, delegated, or assigned.

EDUCATION
An undergraduate degree or commensurate experience.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
Library, circulation, or customer service experience; Office 365, Alma, Springshare.
