Transformation is Possible! (1996) – CARLI Digital Collections Featured Image

The shift from winter to spring is a welcome transformation in season for most people this time of year. Some people even take the opportunity to transform themselves: shed a few pounds, dig in to the home stretch of the academic semester, plan the best summer vacation of their lives. It's also a time in the Christian calendar for building up to the transformation of Easter.

Today's featured image is one sermon (given on the fourth Sunday of the 1996 Lenten season) of over 1,000 sermons written and preached by Arthur J. Landwehr, II, a prominent Illinois minister in the mid-to-late 20th century. Rev. Landwehr's work is represented in a new digital collection by United Library of the Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary.
