CARLI is pleased to offer its first “H-Acq Fest” for those of you who have been working with Access queries for Acquisitions and/or Serials needs and would like a workday to spend with other Access query writers in a focused environment.

What Should You Expect From This Day?

• Time away from your daily surroundings to concentrate on Access.
  
• Help, advice, and moral support from other I-Share libraries who are trying to do the same things you are.

What Should You Not Expect From This Day?

• There will be no hands-on training for beginners.
  
• There is no set agenda.

What Do You Have To Do To Participate?

• Register
  
• Bring your own laptop with ODBC and MS Access installed and configured to your own library’s Reports.mdb (Workstations at the CARLI Office will not be configured for you)
  
• Bring an existing query or two (or three) that have you stuck or that you know could be better.
  
• Bring anything you have done that you would like to discuss and/or share with others.
  
• Any other Acquisitions/Serials MS Access questions, problem, or examples that you have.
