Before requesting that a collection be published for the first time, please check that the following prerequisites have been met:
Collection information:
*A. Attach a JPG image to use as the representative image for the collection in the “by topic”, “by media”, “by name”, and “by institution” results lists. Image dimensions must be exactly 300 x 300 pixels. If it is not, CARLI staff will crop it.
Alternatively, You may choose an image WITHIN a collection and give us the URL to that image. CARLI staff will crop that image to 300 x 300 pixels. If an image is not provided, CARLI staff will choose one to represent the collection.
*B. Please describe this collection in a summary statement of no more than 300 characters. This summary will be used in the “by topic”, “by media”, “by name”, and “by institution” results lists:
