When you are ready to customize your ContentDM collection please fill out the form below. The form results will be forwarded to the CARLI office and will be acted upon within a week. All colors need to be in hexadecimal format (i.e. #000000 will be black). Two good resources to find colors are the Web Safe color palette and Color Schemer.
Use the same colors as this existing collection: You must still fill in text for #7 "Home page text" below, but can enter "x" in boxes #1-6,8-11. The colors for those options will be copied from the existing collection indicated above.
