To connect to I-Share from a Z39.50 client, you will need the following information:

Server Address:	auth.carli.illinois.edu
Database Name:	voyager
Port ID:	210
Element Set:	F
Record Syntax:	USMARC
Username:	varies by target database

Please note that holdings data in I-Share are stored in the MARC Format for Holdings Data. Call number information retrieved from bibliographic records will not necessarily be correct at any particular I-Share library. For call number and shelf status information, search I-Share directly at http://i-share.carli.illinois.edu.

CARLI recommends the following Z39.50 attribute settings for searching I-Share. Other settings may also work, if for some reason these settings are not possible in your client. You may need to experiment.
