Sample File of Patron Data

Below is an example of a portion of a file of patron data. Names and addresses have been altered to protect privacy. It was created according to the format specified in the Voyager “Patron SIF”. For complete information on creating and loading a patron file see the document “Batch Loading Patron Data into Voyager Databases” at:

The example contains 4 patrons, all of whom have both an SSN and an institution ID.

Catherine Smith has 3 address segments.
Lucille Smith has 3 address segments.
Michelle Smith has one address segment and a note.
Penny Smith has 2 address segments and a note.

The patrons have been tested with our diagnostics and also successfully loaded into a database on our test server.
