Board Recommends Bylaws Changes

At its September 25, 2009 meeting, the CARLI Board of Directors considered and unanimously recommended adoption of a series of changes to the Bylaws of the consortium. Read the full text of the proposed changes.
The recommendations include the reduction in the number of membership categories from three to two and a change in the way that the seats on the Board are distributed and selected. The Board of Directors believes that these changes represent the logical evolution of CARLI’s structure and governance necessary for the continued development of the consortium

Fall Database Subscription Period for Calendar Year 2010 Now Open

The password-protected CARLI selection database is now available. The selection period will run from October 27, 2009 to November 27, 2009.
Institutional Login ID’s and passwords distributed in previous years remain valid. If you did not obtain an ID/password, or have misplaced it, please submit a request to support@carli.illinois.edu with the subject line: CY2010 Selection Period.
