Scope of work:
The Products and Services Vetting Committee is charged with reviewing suggestions for new and enhanced products and services for CARLI. The PSVC will consider recommendations received from individuals and groups, screen the ideas to identify which should have staff analysis, prioritize the ideas, and make final recommendations to the Board.
Member appointment and terms:
The PSVC will be made up of three CARLI Board members and three non-board members. Appointments will be made by the CARLI Executive Committee. In July 2007 the PSVC will advise the Board on ongoing terms of service and replacement of PSVC members.
Expected reporting frequency:
The committee chair will report to the Board at each of their meetings.

Staff or Board liaisons:
The CARLI Executive Director will serve as the staff liaison to the Committee, calling on other staff expertise as necessary.
Tasks required on completion of work:
A report listing all suggestions will be presented to the Board annually with an indication of each suggestions’ status and priority.
