Lynn from Monmouth volunteered.
- Approve minutes from last meeting
Approved.
- Old business
- Review of Preservation Webliography links (please check assigned links before meeting)
All except Lynne have reviewed their links. Lynne will do so by Friday, 12/12. Elizabeth will post updates.
- Fire Services Institute burn simulation/recovery
Program has been submitted, now waiting on approval. One date, June 9, is confirmed, waiting on second date.
- Media/photographic survey & workshop
Only 9 returns from the survey that was posted in newsletter twice. Elizabeth will (and already has) post survey to CCG and Tech Services Lists. Waiting for more responses.
- CARLI Newsletter contributions
Anne has submitted ILL issues and asks all of us to please review it. Jennifer will have article on mold by the end of January. Lynne will have article on blogs by the end of February.
- Connecting to Collections statewide grant status
Final grant submitted. Jennifer will forward (and already has) a copy to all. Waiting for review.
- New Business
- Joint forum on Digital Preservation with Digital Collections
User Group
Lynne has voiced our interest and suggested topics/speakers. Now waiting on feedback/direction from Digital Collections Users' Group..
- Agenda items for next (in-person) meeting Lynne asked all to be thinking about ideas for programming. Aurora meeting will be used to brainstorm direction for our "next big thing".
- Other?
Next meeting, in person, at Aurora University on February 2nd. Map and directions to follow.
