The meeting was called to order at 2:05 PM
Decisions:
- Minutes of the January 22nd meeting were approved prior to the meeting.
- The meeting was adjourned at 3:00 PM
Announcements:
- The alternate training database will be upgraded to Voyager 7 in March.
- The Statistics Task Force has finished and submitted their report.
- The CARLI Newsletter came out today and includes a huge list of upcoming activities.
- A number of Circ. documents have been updated on the CARLI website. It might be useful to take a look at them.
- The web address for the ISL L2 (statewide) calendar is: www.librarylearning.info
Tasks assigned:
- We are on the right track with the “test script.” Please log into the google doc this month to flesh it out.
- As preparation for possible pre-upgrade Wimba sessions in late May or early June, members are to go to Ex Libris Support on the web and view release notes & documentation for Voyager 7.0 and up and “Road to Voyager 7.0.3. - In preparation for future ILS discussions, members are to focus on the questions sent out in Mel’s email and read the accompanying linked articles. The team will discuss one question per meeting starting with question #1 at the March meeting.
