IUG – Sarah reported the following,
Creation of small library listserv
Obtain information from I-SHARE Resource Sharing Forum
Removal of and no longer use of SSN in patron records (UIUC policy)

CARLI – Mel – CARLI is beginning to test Voyager 6.3, New Interlibrary
Loan bags ILDS, System Admin address changes (wait until 1/2/08), ILDS
Stop on one day and begin on another – CARLI will announce the dates

- Review Evaluations – Forum went well!!
- Group thoughts – Susie setting up blog from forum. Group setting, round tables, lunch served were positives.
- Forum Friends – How did it work – any suggested changes – reported it went well.
- Best Practices for Monograph ILL – Posted
- Delivery Service – (more info/details to follow soon, maybe next week)
- Voyager Upgrade Preparation – what if anything we need to do – Mel said it will be a minor upgrade, new client will be updated.
- Other Discussion – when do we want to have our next forum? We will wait until after Christmas break to decide place and date. ISU good possibility, they have round tables?
