Agenda Discussion:
- Discussion with IACQ Team members 10:15 – 10:30
- Discussion of charges for IACQ team
- IUG communication to the groups (liaison)
- Chose incoming chairs by May or June
- Review and approval of draft for volunteer usability group process
- Discussion of library responsibility and costs
- Library liaisons should sign up for listserv as well
- Start with testing limited to OPAC
- Will send draft to OPAC team for comments

- Group discussed needed statistics; only 3 or 4 statistics used overall
- Information in annual statistics package adequate; will include additional language highlighting how this information can be used
