Suggestion for issue(s) to address from Cathy – hope her foot is doing well - In RT, they wish folks didn’t thank us. Replying to a ticket after it has been closed reopens it, so we have to go back and close it again.

In WRO, they think more people could take advantage of the contact field. Only a liaison or director can file a WRO, but they can designate another person as the contact. This saves the liaison from being the go-between on a project that they might not know much about.

Options for upgrade checker - include the Media Booking module in the automatic update checker so upgrades to this module occur at the same time as the other modules (Dallas has details – apparently there are compatibility issues between versions of Voyager)

Feedback on UB Reg & UB Long loan periods. UIUC is thinking of endorsing an 8 week loan period, but wants feedback on what sort of loan periods smaller libraries are expecting. Do we want to offer “recommendations” to Resource Sharing or do we poll them to answer Dallas’ query?
