Decisions

Minutes from May 12 meeting were approved as amended.

Announcements

All new team memberships are being finalized; announcements are expected soon.

IUG report:

Team chairs presented Annual Reports at the May 22 IUG meeting. Cason and Priscilla (as incoming ICAT chair) attended. Discussion topics included team vacancies and the ERMS contract with Serials Solutions.

The latest draft charge for the Cataloging Electronic Resources/ER Task Force was distributed on June 1. A call for volunteers will go out as soon as the revised charge is approved. Any ICAT member interested in serving should contact Stephen or Carlos Melian.

Tasks assigned

For 2009/2010 planning purposes, ICAT members will review the objectives outlined in the final section of the ICAT Annual Report, which Cason submitted to IUG last month.
