Decisions:
- Approval of the minutes of the 21 SEPT meeting was approved unanimously.

Approval of the minutes of the 5 OCT meeting was approved unanimously.

Approved use of new Forum evaluation form proposed by IUG.

Announcements:
- Casey Sutherland presented an update on the November 13 forum: 87 registrants, currently. 2 registrants asked to be assigned a Forum Friend, and 10 registrants volunteered to be Friends.

Emily Prather, North Central College, will guest blog about the forum, on CARLI website.

Stephen Smith introduced the new, more narrative, evaluation form for the forum.

Jessica discussed tag table progress. All tables are turned in on time. Now tables will be edited, and distributed to ICAT members for testing/error checking. The final versions will be distributed with the upcoming Voyager upgrade, tentatively scheduled for the winter break.

Stephen Smith gave the IUG report. Minutes from the October 2007 IUG meeting will be made available from http://www.carli.illinois.edu/comms/iug/iug-mins.html.

Discussion:
- Possibly get Joan Schuitema to create summary on LC announcement to be made on 13 NOV 2007, and present to forum.

Casey discussed the UC discard log files. Overall a very small percentage per month.

Priscilla brought up the issue of a change in tag table, field 699. Currently used for call number for MARCETTE records. Include in documentation accompanying tag table release.
