Decisions:
- Approval of the minutes of the Sept. 21 meeting was tabled since the draft minutes have not yet been distributed.
- Consensus was reached regarding the concepts of the revisedSuppress/Replace routine. Included is a change to the timing of the extracts from the local databases for the loads into the Universal Catalog. Testing of the new extract routine will proceed, and rollout is targeted for the Nov. 13 forum. A flow chart was suggested as an accompanying handout.
- The meeting was adjourned at approximately 11:15 a.m.
