Scope of work:
The Finance Committee provides the Board of Directors with recommendations related to CARLI budget requests, the annual budget, the annual financial performance report, and any other financial matters that require the Board’s attention.
Member appointment and terms:
Per the CARLI Bylaws, the CARLI Board of Directors’ Past Chair serves as Chair of the Finance Committee and four other CARLI Board members compose the remainder of the roster: one from public institutions, one from private institutions, one from community colleges, and one at large. The committee is reappointed annually by the CARLI Board.
Expected reporting frequency:
Quarterly to the CARLI Board.
