Scope of work:
The Finance Committee provides the Board of Directors with recommendations related to CARLI budget requests, the annual budget, the annual financial performance report, and any other financial matters that require the Board's attention.
Member appointment and terms:
Per the CARLI Bylaws, the Finance Committee is composed of four Board members, one from public institutions, one from private institutions, one from community colleges, and one at large. The Past Chair of the CARLI Board of Directors serves as chair of the committee. The committee is reappointed annually by the CARLI Board.
Expected reporting frequency:
Quarterly to the CARLI Board.
