- 1. CARLI Website Development –

- Is it possible to have a link for member libraries to submit comments on the proposal?
Should the status page be arranged in the same order as the PSVS status page; should the information be arranged in a table or grid?
Staff will mock up a draft in table format.
What would be contained in the Contract Concluded category – once CARLI signs a contract this would contain the relevant information;
Identify what the acronyms mean. (i.e. mouseover, etc.)
- Ongoing development – website will be continually developed and modified; Subsidized resources information and grid containing contract use terms;
New pages and modifications will be put up in a “test” area and circulate for comment before going “live”.
- Brokering RFP –
- Status report and timeline -- review is proceeding; meeting with several committee members on January 8 for additional review and comment;
- Report to the Board of Directors -
- One focus will be building an e-journal archive; want to focus on communication and mechanisms to communicate;
- Recommending 2 listservs
