Scope of work:
The CARLI Program Planning Committee is charged with screening applications for CARLI-supported educational programs and conferences and choosing which should be funded from the amount annually designated for this purpose. The CPPC may recommend to the Board additional funding in special instances. The CPPC also serves as the planning committee for the annual CARLI membership meeting.
Member appointment and terms:
The CPPC will be made up of three Board members and two non-board members. Appointments will be made by the CARLI Executive Committee. In July 2007 the CPPC will advise the Board on terms of services and replacement of CPPC members.
Expected reporting frequency:
The committee chair will report to the Board at each of their meetings.

Staff or Board liaisons:
The CARLI Executive Director will serve as the staff liaison to the Committee, calling on other staff expertise as necessary.
Tasks required on completion of work:
A report listing all applications for program support will be given to the Board annually with an indication of status and priority
